    Managing Civilians

    Lt. Maus needs to not be in charge of any civilians. She hires her friends, and does not even talk to subordinates. The city of fort lauderdale needs to investigate all the hirings and promotions going on in the department especially civilian positions. people are getting promotions when they did not even qualify.
