    If I am ordered to arrest someone for not wearing a mask I will refuse to do so because it is an illegal and unconstitutional order. If my employer disagrees and fires me, let's take it to the US Supreme Court and see what it will decide. Then comes the civil lawsuit for baseless and unlawful termination so the employer had better get ready to pay up. The sheriff knows all this that's why his policy is what it is.
