Hilarious! Even the really good departments are having trouble filling spots. Do you think anyone wants to work in this minority-filled toilet? South Florida still remembers what that one commissioner did to that BSO during the commission meeting. If they do create a new department, it will eventually turn into a Miami Gardens PD. Starts off great at first, officers realize it's a liberal toilet, leave, and then end up hiding from the bottom of the barrel.

BSO is gonna be a cesspool with no money in the next 5yrs. Between all the lawsuits being filed against Tony & the lack of funds due to Covid aftermath BSO is gonna be in bad shape. Just the cruise industry’s not returning is a huge loss. Anyone stuck at BSO after 2023 I feel bad for you.
