Walmart is donating cases of water and we got publix to donate food. Wink should be in the parking lot and will walk with us as we hand out water and food to the panhandlers. Or role is why arrest when we can support the cause and help them get back on their feet. We are even getting art supplies so they can have better signs and maybe even a traffic vest for safety donated. Think of how this will help the agency, off duty deputies help the panhandlers around the county with food, education, saftey and new signs. Voters will love it.

Since we don't make arrest anymore let's make the jail a homeless shelter. Plenty of rooms, food, and medical staff. We can even Deputize the ones with dui's.

So does anyone else see the correlation between the uptick in panhandlers and the purse snatching going on all over Lee County? We need to run these panhandlers out of town, enough is enough.

They were told to head to Ft Myers Beach, nobody cares if they area down there.
