Statue of Skimovich at SAB? Honoring him for sucking over 7 million dollars from Florida tax payers? He sucks up 370k a year to drive a new county car to the SAB, drink coffee all day and drive his new county car home. Where does he spend all this money? Eating at Charlie's steak house, buying top end vehicles and extravagant hunting trips? This guy is going to be able to buy the best wheelchair on the market someday.
