Stop placing incompetent people as Majors in D3 just because of their skin color. Stop promoting incompetent people because of their skin color. Their track records speak for themselves. If that isn’t racist, I don’t know what is. It’s not hard to figure out who these incompetent people are. Their career usually reveals nothing but excuses and destruction with zero accountability.
