Whats the matter Felix you get your nose out of joint. Yesterday while discussing how to fix this screwed up run off race. Felix wanted to have a three day run off immediately. He said he didn’t care what the by laws said and don’t need to comply with them. So he picked up his lap top and left the meeting to go to the bar and have a drink. Then when it was voted on he didn’t object at all and it was considered a unanimous approval. ATTENTION Felix the constitution and by-laws are the rules and you can’t follow them because you don’t like them, or because you don’t know or understand them. Thats why were in this position because no one took into account a run off or when it was suppose to happen.

The bylaws aren't being complied with this way either because the company would not be open over the holiday and the city email system was preventing many members from getting their emails.
