Sergeant Test Compromised

A scandal is coming. The upcoming sergeant test answers was given to a few deputies in CI and SID. Rumors circulating all week about a certain detective telling others they have the test. This is nothing new. The test is written, administered and given by HR. This have been going on for years under different sheriff’s. Employees in HR responsible are dating and sleeping with the deputies and giving them access to the test. But now it has been discovered that a certain command staff member under Israel and Tony has been involved with giving answers to family and friends. We have a list of names involved to include the HR employees. This is huge and several deputies are talking to the media as well. Can you say State Attorney or FDLE investigation. You can’t trust BSO IA because they have a couple of names on the list submitted. We waited till the night before so to not jeopardize our sources. We will release the names we have guaranteed to include the family members. When you think things at BSO couldn’t get any worst. Will keep you updated. Discuss

Wake up fool this has been going on. Look who we have making the list and who is in place. To name just two sheriffs makes you a fool.

Ask the palm beach firefighter how it worked out for him...the day of the palm beach test it came out...he had to leave the country..got death threats....banged the test protocter...idiots..

The palm beach thread is true...it came out at the test...while they were taking it...it was canceled 300 people went nuts when they found out who it was..

Even if you’re working for the click it’s not a great place because the cheating and garbage that’s goes on like this is exactly why there is no investment in this department. Very few units in BSO take ownership in the agency as a whole. There are some good units with good Sgt’s that do a great job. But overall as a whole BSO is a fail. An outside civil service agency should be administering all of the promotional tests. It adds integrity to the process and takes nepotism and favoritism out if the process.

(Edited to comply with Terms of Use.) All you have to do is date one of the or I should say play with one of the girls in HR. You’ll finish right at the top. And like any failed way of doing things, if you get garbage in then you often get garbage out. Go to the mid part of your list and back. That’s where you’ll find the people who didn’t cheat. BSO needs a major cultural change and overhaul from the top down. Until the buddy system is eliminated, BSO will continue its steady decline into the abyss.

Take it to the media. It’s the only way your going to get an outside testing Agency in here. IA here is not going to do anything there hands are tied when it comes to the important things.

BSO needs an outside testing agency, and I’ve been saying this for years. Until BSO accepts the fact that the nepotism and the favoritism is killing the agency it will continue to be a sub par organization.

BSO has to break out of its toxic culture and it will not happen until their is a precessional outside testing organization involved in the selection in the future leaders of the organization. BSO is as dead as an agency can be right now. It all goes back to leadership. The fact is the buddy system has destroyed the agency from the inside out. And the people who are responsible for this are the ones still calling the shots.

If there are any people with a shred of concern for the future of the agency they will take the necessary steps to fix this.
