There was never any doubt JP was the wrong choice for director of our department. Yes, he rose through the ranks to captain but every unit he was in was a struggle. He was inarticulate, quick to fits of anger and those push up displays and dancing videos that surfaced from time to time were not indicative of a sound and mature leader. He was tolerated because of his rank and political connections but not well-liked.
Freddy Ramirez is way more reserved and he does not display that air of arrogance JP did. He is by far a better choice.
Sorry for the other parties that gotcaught in this love triangle. It does not get any lower than scoring with a co-worker’s wife. That is just my opinion.
