I did see him head-on. I was cruising in the bike lane going northbound and his vehicle was parked along one of the on-street parking spaces right next to the beach area when I saw his reflection and made eye contact with him as I was moving along. I waved at him and said "hi Sheriff" but he just stared at me. I even went up the road and sat down to take a break and he drove past me again. Trust me, that was him. I can spot that mild dud head and goatee from anywhere.

Copy that. He is a uniquely ugly beedy eyed dude.

It’s gonna be a fun day when BSO is told to pick him up after he refuses to turn himself in. Somebody start a book. I have 50$ says I’m right

But the three wonder jailers in command at the jail are enamored over this smelly crack-head. Make no mistake. They will treat him like a god. Seriously, they better find an alternate place to book Lynx because the jailers are not on the side of law enforcement on this one. Just sayin....
