How much longer is the sheriff is the going to continue to pay the bailiffs for not working while the rest of us are actually working. The Bailiffs have not worked since March and have been getting full pay and benefits. The courthouse will remain closed until April of 2021. The bailiffs are non essential employees and and should either be transferred to various other districts to WORK or they should be furloughed or laid off. It is not right that they continue to get paid using up BSO money that could be utilized somewhere else within the agency. Could it be that the Sheriff continues to pay the bailiffs because he is having an affair with the bailiff who also happens to be the bailiffs union representative. The bailiffs unit needs to be Defunded. There have been numerous bailiffs posting on here and other sites how much they are enjoying their extended vacation, actually bragging about getting paid to do nothing. DEFUND THE BAILIFFS UNIT. STOP WASTING TAXPAYERS MONEY.

We have an unqualified guy here unjustly terminating cops and you are worried about a few bailiffs getting paid?? What the F is wrong with you? Deputies are scared to go above and beyond with the fear and intimidation of getting terminated.

What do you mean unqualified? He was a Sergeant for CSPD. That is chops.
The last clown calling himself Sheriff pulled Sergeants into leadership roles. Different department. Same qualifications.

You claim a few bailiffs are getting paid. How about 110 bailiffs getting paid to do absolutely NOTHING. Wouldn't you agree that's a little more than a few. The bailiffs need to be Defunded and laid off or furloughed. THWY SHOULD NOT BE GETTING PAID FOR ALMOST A YEAR OF DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You must be one of the bailiffs sitting at home getting paid and worried about losing their jobs. DEFUND THE BAILIFFS UNIT.

Yes, think about all those deputies and their families! Bailiff situation is nothing compared to the terminations.

Exactly. Bailiffs are getting paid to do absolutely NOTHING. Why is it that the rest of us have to actually work for our paycheck and you worthless slackers sit at home for the past year and continue to get paid while others are losing their jobs and can't pay their bills. All of you non essential employee bailiffs need to be furloughed or laid off. The bailiffs are a total waste of BSO and taxpayers money. All of you should be GONE.
