My wish list-
1-Push Bars on patrol vehicles (Better protection for vehicle/ driver and also great for quickly re-opening roadways)
2-Body Cameras (ultimately for our own protection)
3-Allow detail pay to go towards retirement ( self explanatory)
4-Road Patrol get iPhones. (Communication would improves 100% and there are numerous apps to assist police work, also keeps LEO from using personal phone/camera)
5-Re-Establish the rank of Corporal with supervisor training/ duties (A newly promoted Sgt should have some sort of supervisor experience as a Corporal prior to being promoted.)
6-Incentive shift pay for Road Patrol.
7-Longivity Pay for Senior/ experience deputies
8-Use Power DMS to communicate / survey the department to help gather information and ideas when it comes to making decision on things the will affect deputies such as uniforms, patrol cars marking and equipment, etc.
9-Bring back/Share the Budget/ Financial document that showed promotions, reassignments, etc.
Overall, Lcso is a great department and hopefully will continue to become even greater!

The group taking this next Sergeants exam for Corrections is hilarious. A bunch of lazy brown nosers that spend more time hiding on shift doing nothing, or cheating on their spouses, sucking up to the Sergeants taking all the easy positions on shift, treating other Deputies like garbage if God forbid they have to give them a break. They’re too good to work a dorm, too good to work a control panel, and don’t expect them to actually document in coretrak that’s peasant work. Admin isn’t making corrections worse all on its own... the current Sergeants and their favorite groupies that are now going to test are bringing that place down.

Correct
Everyone wants everyone else to be held accountable except for themselves! Yes some shifts put the same people in the same positions over and over again ! WHY because they see they don't have to worry about them ! Easy is how to describe it, if you make the supervisors job harder you go where you cant f? Shit up period. Slinging trays is slinging trays!

No the same people get put in the same positions constantly because that’s what friends do for each other. Let’s be honest some of these people don’t actually work.
