Let’s start asking the real question Javier Ortiz. Let’s dive into it!

1. Javier Tells the membership at November meeting that he was not the one who authored the bylaw change that Eric Pulido and Edwin Lugo submit it. Then Javier makes all sorts of amendments to Eric Pulido‘s by law change. So who’s the real author of the bylaw change? Javier or was it Eric?

lie numero uno, Javier was the author of the bylaw and change he just use Eric Pulido to do his dirty work. Typical Javier Ortiz using people for his own self gains.

2. Javier Ortiz a couple of months ago stated he was going to run for FOP secretary. He attacked the current secretary with baseless slanderous statements creating a false narrative against Max Valdes. In conclusion what did Javier do, he had someone nominate him for FOP president. Part of Javier bigger plot to take over.

3. Now let the games begin Javier typical of himself is stacking the executive board with all the yes-man again this way he could pass his agenda. Let’s see what his agenda is. His agenda ultimately is to be come back to work again because he sits at home relieved of duty.

But Knowing the inner working of Javier Ortiz he’s looking at a global picture. He’s going to try and negotiate a contract and somehow maneuver to get himself reinstatement.

4. So the real question is why did Javier Ortiz sold us out on the lawsuit settlement. It was about getting a captains position at SOS with all the specialty pays and overtime. But also lugo and him were working together to buy votes for the election two years ago. Javier and Lugo still cannot answer the question why did people who got hired after the lawsuit was filed in 2010, why did they get settlement checks.

6. At the FOP meeting that was held in Jupiter Florida on August 2018, Lugo told the membership in attendance that he was going to have a vote for the lawsuit settlement separate from the contract ratification. So lugo also lied to the membership. It’s all about buying union votes for the election for lugo.


So the real question is why would you vote for Edward Lugo Robert Marana Eric Pulido Javier Ortiz Matthew Hall and Jack Perez they are all Javier Ortiz‘s followers, all Yes men. They are going all about themselves and all about getting their own position their own little click together.

we have to forge forward to protect our rights are working conditions pay pension and health plan.

Don’t be misled by the hype from the Ortiz camp, don’t be misled by no action Tommy Reyes camp but look at the candidates that have fought for your rights who have put membership first and bring institutional knowledge to the lodge.

why is Javier now addressing the problems/issues on mpd tac. when he was district director of the state fop, he did nothing to help Tommy or Matt fight those battles. For him to come now on Mpd tac and start accusing them of those issues that has been plaguing our agency for the last year and a half, is completely absurd and hypocritical of him because he should’ve help them as state FOP district director, now come now and accused of not doing their job when he was his role as a state District director for the State Fop.

But typical Javier, that’s the way he is deflecting creating proxy wars, finger-pointing never taking responsibility for any of his actions, play the blame game. typical bs and a vote for him or his gang will be discredit to our organization.

Truth is Nestor Garcia comes on here, a retiree, who tells people we should accept the MOU, GPS isn't that bad, and BWC is for your protection. The retirees support these things why?

Why did the City reduced the Comp balance from 1,000 to 200? Because it was costing them to much money

Ortiz has 3 years left to be Eligible to retired, his going to do whatever he can to get more benefits at the end of your career instead in the front.

Yes, I am voting for Ortiz. He gives me more bang for my buck. Tommy has been a "No Show" President and has little to show for except beards and parties. Enough of that nonsense. I want somebody that will be looking out for the Member's interest all the time, not just when an election is going to take place. Tommy you showed your true colors. I voted for you the last time.
