    To little to late

Finally, after a rash of murders and shootings, black politicians stepped up to the microphones and demanded the end to the violence in these minority neighborhoods last week. Since then, I think we have at least 6 to 8 more shootings. Hillsborough/Tampa and even Polk County are experiencing the same black on black or black on white crime violence. We are starting to see the very real effects of the damage that not being proactive in these communities is causing. Holloway has long understood that proactive policing will surely lead to more police use of deadly force situations. So these areas are allowed to be virtually lawless with us going in and picking up the pieces after each shooting/Murder. This hands off approach however is causing something else to happen. The criminal elements no long fear being arrested and are actually more emboldened to use violence against us now. We, collectively have backed down so much now I'm not sure we will ever be able to be proactive again, it will seem excessive. Besides, you would need the confidence and support of command, and they have shown many times they do not have the stomach for it. Take your calls, cover each other, go home. They wanted this, let them live with it.

Why are they complaining? It's just scum killing other scum. Give them an award I say because our agency isn't allowed to clean it up.

Meaningful change will not happen until we get rid of Kriseman and Holloway. We need a mayor with balls to take on the crime problem by hiring and supporting a chief who is not on the job for just a second pension. Until that happens give them what they want and go home safe. Do the minimum expected and be passive. Let the savages kill each other.

The citizens keep electing far left democrat morons like Kriseman, Baker etc, they deserve to live in the Congo. This is their fault. Democrat cities always decay and turn into crap, anyone can see it. Keep voting the same way, keep getting the same old garbage.

I think this would be a most wonderful opportunity for all of us to pause for a moment and give thanks for the many great and multi-leveled contributions of the Black Community to our Society. Their peaceful and generous nature make them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other Culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a People. They are THE MOST kind and loving of Neighbors one can hope for - Real Estate values are hyper-fueled exponentially by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, an exquisite example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self-improvement by sweat-labored toiling and, most admirable - a rock-solid hard work ethic and a self-reliant can-do nature. There is hardly a Black Family that cannot boast of at least one hard-earned Citizenship Award or Community Service Accolade for service-above-self and self-sacrifice. Also, let us not forget, their over-whelming gracious Civil Obedience, and their total and unwavering respect and true reverence, both for our Laws, and the Rule of Law & Order & Justice. And, lastly, without their industrious and creative drive, we would surely be poorer as a Nation. 1619 Project be damned!

Spot on! SPPD is de-nutted because of spineless city leadership. They not leaders they are puppets for what ever will not get the south side mouthpieces in front of the microphone. St. Pete needs to be policed but like most Democrat ruined cities it wil get worse before its getting better. Standby for the ride. President Comma La will ride in to the rescue but we wont have anything but water pistols by then.

Only ONE thing that SPPD leadership cares about and that ain't the cops. It’s all about the South Side and placating the loud mouth entitled punks. That city is a train wreck. Holloway is a puppet for a spineless Mayor and the City Council is a mouthpiece for all the “good boys” who have been deprived by the “Man.” Fk the Burg!
