Wow that’s was a lot of reading. Ortiz was already in sos for two years when that contract came out. Reyes made it clear two meetings ago that he has resisted getting any help or guidance from Ortiz. I retired two years ago and whether you like him or not, he’s done a great job with our health insurance. As for running for secretary, he’s got to change his mind. It’s obvious Tommy had a plan for him to run for secretary and by not running there, he’s blown their plan.
