    Well damn is this case over yet???
    I am confused at the fact that this white dude did all these things to solid employees that do not lie yet he is still around, but Janak did his job to capture an escapee, yet he got fired.
    The lie came from an idiot black superv who's only claim to fame was working behind the scenes while in SID....who later got promoted for the lie he told on janak after barely passing the test.
    Damn. For a fact finding agency who's job is to investigate and reveal the truth we sure suck at it.

    Final decisions

    I hope and pray for the health of our district that when Shawn's case lands on our major' s desk that our major does not forget he already afforded Shawn a chance when shawn was being a racist bully to Tejon and created a hostile work environment for him.

    The only thing left to do is to fire him...then if Ura wants to save him...he can offer Shawn his job back as a deputy in D1 or D3. Shawn proved on NUMEROUS occasions he is not a leader. He is only someone getting by collecting sergeant"s pay.

    Major....we are watching and believe in YOU. We trust you will make the right and correct decision by law and for the benefit of your district.

    Keeping Napo would help other employees' cases that have lawsuits against the sheriff's office.

    A white male supervisor was given above and beyond due process (white glove treatment) for his negligent actions/behavior against credible employee victims (3 woman 2 white & 1 Hispanic, and 1 Black male) in comparison to other non white employees that weren't afforded due process and fired for doing the job they have been doing for many many years.

    Yes Hillsborough keep Napo please.
