It is now widely known that former Director Juan Perez got caught with his pants down while having an extra marital affair with a subordinate female. All that break dancing gave him a hard on and he had to go to another officer’s house to bed the subordinate officer’s wife.

Meanwhile Perez was quietly moved by the former mayor to a six figure salary at Coral Reef Yacht Club while he licks his wounds and waits for a shot to become a new commissioner.
