    Why did Justin Garcia get Valentin fired?

    Why did Justin Garcia get David Valentin fired? Why did Justin garcia refuse to answer questions under a deposition? Did the state attorney office get made aware of this for future testimony from this officer? This is a very serious issue for moral character. Did the Criminal Justice standard training commission get made aware? Does he have any other documentation or instances of lying in the police department?
