You all need to ask yourselves why Morgan and Simmons allow Allday to remain in a position of authority despite his numerous attempts to harm subordinates and coworkers often for no reason other than sport. They could easily end his reign of terror by placing him in charge of no one and relegating him to frivolous tasks until he retires but they won’t.

So the next time you complain about Allday remember that it’s his enablers who bear most of the responsibility.

Same reason they allowed Haines to keep his job. Same reason Hobbs got a promotion the day after the elections. Same reason Anita gets to create a job for herself. Same shit different day. Nothing is going to change.
I’m guessing those who can leave will give Chip a chance to make some necessary changes but if he doesn’t I’m guessing the exodus begins. He needs to show us he understands what we have been putting up with and is strong enough to make changes
