Chip winning is a victory not only for Republicans, but the department and community as a whole. He is extremely professional and has everyone's best interest in mind.

Hang on for the same old shit. He isn’t going to make the necessary changes to get the department back on track and in the right direction promoting AH right after the election is proof. Don’t be surprised when he gets promoted to chief deputy.

I can see how this is gonna go. Y’all are finding reasons to complain and Chip won’t even take office for another 2 months. How can this department succeed as a whole with this type of crybaby mentality. What happened to cops being tough?

He hasn’t taken office yet (although he is Car 2 and is actually commanding the dept now ) and has already promoted his primary suckass to commander and hired his brother. Can you imagine how much good old boy BS is coming once he actually takes office?
