Kinda sucks since they only promoted about 15 people from the previous list and left a few good men and women on it to have to fight again for a promotion.

That list has nothing to do with it. I agree their are good people who remain on the list, all the more reason to make the moves now. Maybe if we can slow the PR factory and get to work and make the picks, the rest of us can finally move on and focus on our jobs.
