DC was a manipulator of the system a overall loser
That “resume” is a story of his life- vague, false and hype
When he should have been arrested for D/V and assault & administrative “misdeeds” he was given option to retire early
When he got ensnarled in a pornography investigation at next job with FAU he quickly resigned - a definite zero
