John Jenkins was confronted and asked why the PBA made the endorsements it did. Jenkins said that the “committee” just did what Steadman wanted them to do.
Did the committee not remember that it was Steadman who also picked Steve Shiver, a drug addict, con man, government informant, to run a police union?
What are these zombies doing over there? Hodges has been a major disappointment. I thought he would rise to the occasion but nope he floundered badly.

We must demand that the PBA get out of the political arena. They’ve done nothing on the local scene or the state scene.
Remember all the BS promises Stahl and Greenwell made? None have come true. 3/4 of staff fled after these two clowns showed their true selves and between the mismanagement and unethical behavior the staff wouldn’t t have anything to do with it.

Bargaining Unit Members,

While we still await the final numbers for the Presidency, we do know the outcome of all of the elections in Miami-Dade County. While we did extremely well overall, we did not prevail in the Miami-Dade County Mayoral race. That said, we have historically had a very good relationship with Daniella Levine Cava, endorsing her when she ran against Linda Bell, and were instrumental in Daniella winning that race. Bell was no friend to law enforcement, and Daniella remembers our role in that race. While Daniella took a far different approach than we would have liked or expected when it came to recent national law enforcement issues, we have no doubt that we will be able to work with her, and better educate her about our issues so that we can have a positive relationship moving forward.

In every single other County Commission election, our endorsed candidates won, so we believe that the future for our members looks very promising.

We also made many endorsements in the municipal elections, and in Monroe County. In virtually every race we made an endorsement, our candidates also won. The same holds true for the state house and senate races, where statewide we had a great night which should pay dividends when the state legislative session comes around.

Our overall message of support for law enforcement resonated across the board, and we will continue to push that message, and fight for you as we move forward. Know that your PBA is here, and will remain standing shoulder to shoulder with you, no matter what the future may bring.

As always, the most important thing is to make it home at the end of your shift to see your family.

Once again another nonsensical, waste of our time post when we have real issues to deal with; its attributed to the following:

Stahl/Greenwell derangement syndrome (SGDS) is a derogatory term for criticism or negative reactions to the PBA President and VP that are irrational, fake and have little regard towards their actual positions or actions taken. Resulting from the severe anger of losing hundreds of thousands of dollars of income by John Rivera, Blanca Torrents Greenwood, Pablo Lima and Stephanie Womble manifested in repeated boring blog posts.

Additionally these losers have joined forces with a few PLEA losers (Domingo Dan Mountote Howard)lying on the PBA since they can't compete; as a wise person said;" When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser!" PLEA has merged with IUPA. IUPA is a subservient lil ***** to the AFL-CIO who are very anti-cop anyone who joins is cutting their own throat by your dues supporting anti-cop candidates in elections yes your hard earned dues money filtered by PLEA/IUPA but kicked up to AFL-CIO. Do you want your dues money supporting the scum robber who attacked a good cop ?

Jenkins STOP lying! Political Agenda, You hooked up with you’re 33 because she’s friends with The Political Agenda. He is smearing Stahl so he can be our “ Pick”. He’s a liar he benefited from all the perks, the lunches the trips it was his idea to do the kickbacks to get on Mobile’s that cost us over $250,000. Bargaining Unit Members,

Now that the election process has concluded, even though we supported Mayor Levine-Cava's opponent, she prevailed and we will be working with her over the course of her Mayoral term to insure that your rights remain protected and we secure the best collective bargaining agreements (CBA) possible moving forward.

I met with Mayor Levine-Cava yesterday. Leading up to the meeting, she made clear that meeting with the PBA was of the utmost importance to her. During the meeting, she made clear to me that she was NOT in favor of any defunding of the police, reducing salary and/or benefits, and that she would not be cancelling any academy classes.

The meeting was productive, but we know that actions always speak louder than words. That said, we are way too early in her tenure to be able to analyze any actions, so words for now will have to suffice. Quite frankly, so far she is saying all of the right words. As always, time will tell, but we do look forward to getting to the bargaining table as soon as she is able to put together her team, so we can move forward in securing a successor CBA.

Don’t you know that all these anonymous posts and complaints aren’t worth the phone you type on if you don’t have the balls to put your name on it. Steadman, I although we don’t always agree, I commend you for staying the course. You’re doing a great job and have been more visible and hands on than the old guys hands down.
