So Lt. Laurenceau wants the south end sgts to do a special report with stats, sick time usage, special details, etc that he can then forward to Manny Morales. This is all stuff that the asst chief can get by reading the several reports already generated . There isn't a LT, city wide, more senior or junior than him, to tell him that he is the sole reason morale is so low and that he needs to stop trying to reinvent the wheel to get promoted. It ain't happening. And when some Sgt becomes a commander or you mess with a member of the friends and family plan all your harassment will bite you in the

You’re obviously out of the loop. It’s city wide. It’s addressed to morales each month. It’s the flavor of the month. Some LTs have Sgts fill it others do it without SGT input. My Lt has us do our own section. To each their own - central
