So please explain why PRF needs two admin Lts Arch-bald and Ring-rose (both barely off probation) and why admin security sgt. on Bravo shift ( sgt Jackson, really??? Snuck that one in didn’t ya? ) and all those other admin moves to zip codes. Could it be a Caribbean connection to Captain Rikkets, soon to be at PRF??? A coincidence I think not. This needs to be brought up, as we are now in the middle of another bid, where the Union and our Command staff once again will stand idly by, while Sheriff policy is once again violated during the bid.

Why does BSO even have an Anti-Nepotism policy, when it is allowed to be violated by DOD command on a regular basis?
Supervisors regularly directly supervising their own sibling, their own spouse even? Why are Deputies allowed to bid a post, when everyone knows they will often be directly working with, or directly supervised by, an immediate relative??
When Wimberly was still around, it was almost understandable, since he had a relative on nearly every shift.
But in this day and age, we should be moving past rampant nepotism in our ranks. The policy is clear, and it is NOT being consistently followed.
