[QUOTE=Unregistered;3224526]He lied or he included information he knew to be true at that specific time and additional evidence came to light later?

Even if that were true it was brought to their attention. Looks like HCSO had ample opportunity to fix it but refused. Pure incompetence from supervisors promoted too fast to go on to the next step. Like she said this job is about responsibility NOT power. We are all responsible and obligated to do the right thing in accordance to law.

I know her well and there was no reason for that detective to put on the Cra what he did. No one else concluded that except him and surely the other keebler looking detective that went to the hospital. The victim even fought a deputy at the hospital. Those 2 detectives made our office look bad and out of pure cowardness and incompetence those supervisors failed our agency. She is not trying to hurt hcso she is hcso. She is exposing their incompetence. We all are held accountable except the clique as she says.

Keep fighting the good fight, Izzy! Not everyone here is turning the other way when these things happen. Some of us still back the good guys.

Amazing to me how much this office loves to arrest its own employees but forces us to ADAP citizens for everything under the sun. It’s beginning to look like the only people we actually do arrest anymore is our own employees!

The charges weren't the argument. The argument was the lie about the vicS condition. A lie that should have not happened since all the patrol deputies wrote the exact opposite of what the detective reported. The lie caused the son to be in jail for 30 days until all the proof was obtained during discovery hearings.

So what's the problem with just answering the question?

The original charges were formulated from the testimony of a witness the detectives deemed to be not telling truth. If you need to know any further reach out to her. She will tell you straight up. Lots of holes from hcso detectives in this one. They picked the wrong person to side step on.
