It's time to clean out the barn. Get rid of all the political, nepotist and paramour promotions. Heads must roll and new blood will be good for the agency. There are many decent qualified people who have not been able to get promoted because these political slugs are taking up key positions. Santana will provide real transparency but many people will not like it. Can hardly wait to seem them go.
