I think that the person who got the second most votes could replace Tony, or there would be a new election, or Gov. DePukis would name someone.

If Tony is disqualified, Israel can replace Tony on ballot even though his name isn’t listed. A vote for Tony would equate to a vote for Israel. DeSantis won’t allow it to happen.
