With us being so short can anyone explain why the office doesn’t take the money allocated for the deputies we are suppose to have and offer overtime to fill vacancies on opposite shifts?

Probably because they transfered the money to buy the new SUVs with leather seats and extra luxury items for command staff. They use the hcso funds like they are buying shyt at their house. Daddy taught me...when money and property is moving fast like it has been more than likely something else is happening behinds the scenes.

Notice how pay raise memos have alway come out before November, but not this year? Chad has already said we get no pay raises unless we re-elect him.

Great idea! Switching shifts so that we don’t have to use up accruals and keeps units on the road! Shift swapping isn’t required at HCFR, but it’s an option that fills an open zone.
