    Michael Miller - LCSO

Marceno’s cousin or close friend Anthony Prisco. He was hired from Collier county about 8 months ago as a captain. (He was not a captain in Collier County.) He was just allowed to retire LCSO on a Friday and was rehired the following Monday in the same exact position.

Commander of professional standards Paul Cummins retired a couple of months ago and was just rehired into the same exact position with the same rank. His position was never filled after he left.

Commander of school resource officers Michael Miller retired and was immediately rehired into the same exact position.

This really sucks for moves based on Attrition. Think of all the promotions there could have been from these. 2 Commanders, 3 Captains, 3 Lieutenants, and 3 Sergeants. What a shame. What the heck does PC even do, other than wear bow ties? I thought Prisco was going to be hired as a “consultant?”
