Totally stupid, I can’t believe the captains and LTs are actually putting up witht his briefing thing. Our district is so big we have people literally driving 50 miles to the office to then drive the 50 miles back and then 50 miles further from where they started in the morning. So there not starting an inspection until almost noon whereas if they left directly from home they’d be starting at 10

I find the term wolf pack offensive. It describes a pack of apex predators circling and taking down unsuspecting prey. Is that what we need to be emulating? It is dehumanizing and tears at the bond we have formed with our customers.

At our daily brief, we go over the places just inspected and plot a course to the next places to inspect. We cluster inspections to avoid unnecessary delays and travel.
