Another Scott Israel appointee, who never had any accountability and definitely didn’t know how to run the jail. But hey, he got Scott Israel votes, and that was the most important thing. The lazy do nothing ghost is finally done. Thank God. All he ever did was play in the band. Had no clue of the jail and the many problems to include PPE sand COVID 19. He also was never at work and took many vacations and unnecessary trips around the country at tax payers expense. Upgraded his airline tickets at the expense of BSO. Never stayed at the host hotel and payed more money via BSO. No command looked into this crime. No leave slips were submitted for anytime off. We have the documents. All the trips to Georgia to purchase and stay at a new house. Angela Neely was on most if not all the trips. No one left behind for weeks to run the agency. Kathy Wilson his girlfriend is the reason Tony kept him this long. He wasn’t around the day Tony arrived at BSO. Courthouse escapes and budget meetings he was never around. Totally unqualified to run the Detention Department. Never had answers always passed off to the female command. He should be investigated and charge. BSO have the evidence. The ghost is finally done at BSO. He was useless and never around the agency. He was only here because of his girlfriend Kathy Wilson who covered and lied for him with Tony. He was always traveling to seminars that he never attended with Angela Neely. Never stayed at the host hotel even when rooms were available. Paid more BSO funds at other expensive location. Also used BSO funds to upgrade on every airline flights. BSO 5th Floor command was notified of spending irregularities and taking excessive leave without slips. This was put in writing to Tony but Kathy Wilson intercepted it and never gave it to tony. An additional copy was finally given to him via Colonel Reyes. The letter will be sent to the media. This happen a year ago with nothing done. I guess taking tony around to the pastors and the BSO band would resolve the issues. Israel is to blame for putting this dummy in charge of Detention and then rehiring his wife again and putting her under his command along with his son another SLUG afraid of his own shadow.
