many problem at NBB from the FOPE Union and Dep Gram. has been allowed too much power. Gram and the Union priority protecting lazy and incompetent staff by all means, versus addressing actual issues and garbage deputies at NBB (there are many both). Many supervisors are also to blame due to their own laziness and unwilling to address problem staff. Many couls care less, just there to ride OT gravytrain. Lazy troop, sukdikis valikis, yac bells, hartburn2.0, lt gonzagy sig 20 (does he do any work or put it all on sgts??), etc. they are lazy incompetant garbage superviors. amazing how theyy were promoted. The command is mostly to blame, allowing Gram to openly disrespect lieutenants in roll call with no repercussions, soft what do you expect, Rikkets is a former union pres, so they are all in cahoots in the game.
