Lawyers found case too difficult and passed the case
I’m a recent court case involving a PBA member, PBA attorney admitted the case was too difficult. In court the PBA attorneys requested a continuance and announced the case was being passed off to another law firm.
This is what we pay dues for - weak, or cowardly, attorneys to defend us.
