    Total BS. Noone is leaving because 90% of that office could not get a job in another agency.

    Nope you want the big bucks and the high risk retirement. Nights for you. All those years of treating the ISII's like second class people now has come to bite you in the rear. Now get to inspecting. Inspectors! Oh wait maybe they can cross train the agents to be be hotel restaurant inspectors. That would keep you busy during the day time.
