Charlie surrounds himself with young, easily influenced guys and girls. Anyone who’s been here more than 5 years either can’t work for him or totally kisses his ass but then trashes him behind his back, Keith W. that would be you.

Charlie can’t help it, he really can’t. It’s in his DNA. While many of us who have worked for him hope he gets what’s coming to him, we also feel bad that the guy just will never have what it takes to be a good cop or supervisor.

The worst part is that the admin is so rigid in protecting its supervisors. Charlie should have been demoted or even fired, yes fired, long ago but he has been protected time and time again.

Luckily the agency is big enough that you can get away from him and others like him..........
