Mayor, you are concerned about the layoffs and potential crime rise in the city, because of police shortages. You feel as if the officers union must cooperate in order for the citizens not to be impacted negatively, but you continue to ignore the motorcyclists death allegedly caused in the hands of police and the death of a motorists impacted by a fleeing vehicle allegedly pursued by police.
