Watch what you say dude. Remember that we are held to a higher standard and we shall treat all persons equally and morally correct. The unethically and immorally occurrence of such incident was totally unacceptable. We shall learn from such disaster and assure it never repeats itself. The death of an innocent person must and shall be investigated correctly with no intentional discrepancies or potential cover up.

Professional compliance unit determined and published information indicating numerous departmental wrongdoings in the death of this innocent motorcyclists. We must correct this mishap and apologize to his family. Investigators who veered away from the truth and covered up for their friends must be held accountable. We will not tolerate for other investigations to go sour and benefit those who ruin our image.

Feds arrest a Miami dade county officer and a west palm beach officer for allegedly transporting cocaine. Feds still looking into the city of Miami alleged motorcyclists death investigation cover up. We will not tolerate the defamation of this badge and our departments image. Investigators who deliberately pick and choose who to burn in Internal Affairs, must resign immediately before their termination packages surface. Chief take action before you depart and pass on the burden to our next chief. Our community cries for justice.

As our country emerges into freedom and equality for all, we shall and will emphasize in correctness and assure full transparency in all we do. We will not tolerate any type of favoritism and we will always have our citizens best interest in mind. We will not demand our officers to meet a quota nor we will attempt to cover up any wrongdoings ever. It is the duty of Internal Affairs to execute their duties correct without any intentional deficiencies. I’ve been here a couple of years and I am proud of this organization, and I refuse to allow those with malicious minds to corrupt this place.

It has been brought up to our attention on patrol that individuals in supervisory positions are mandating for officers to proactively hunt for stats. This is against the law and use of verbiage is racists and unacceptable. This issue shall be handled promptly before it escalates to a media source.

Chief did instruct all members to keep contact and citizen engagements to a minimum in order to limit the potential spread and contract of covid 19. We will not go out there and enforce traffic laws or look for narcotic arrests to please potential future chiefs or majors. We will continue to serve our hurting communities via quick response to 911 calls and continue to provide free foods and services to them. This is not the time to hand out costly traffic fines to unemployed and depressed and sick worried citizens. We should also consider to defund our police so we can better serve and fund our citizens through social workers and homeless and drug abuse outreach programs.
