Anyone that can make great money for doing nothing, not even showing up, as I understand it, is a genius (a crooked one.) If the city was dumb enough to pay the former useless code manager a large salary for nothing then he was the smart one. The city was stupid. If Rod from the PBA collects dues from all you dumb PBA members, for doing nothing, not returning phone calls, not being there - then he is smart and all you PBA members are dumb as rocks.
