Clearly you have no idea how well School Board has been training for active shooters. In fact, school board police had already adopted the "hunt the shooter down "philosophy since columbine. Thats why Scott Israel was booted out. That agency was operating like it was 1980s. So school resource officers are there to deter crimes in the schools. If its safe and quiet for the public we serve, then we've done our jobs well. Crime in schools have dropped over 70 percent since 1993. So every time you go home to your wife and she wonders why you're so stressed out, punch yourself for not joining the prestigious agency called Miami Dade Schools Police. We all DRIVE THE BEST NEWEST VEHICLES , WE HAVE THE BEST PERCS, WE HAVE THE BEST CHIEF AND SUPERINTENDENT, and our training division has proven themselves to be outstanding. Plus our pay is great. When you get tired of the shitholes you work at, give us a call maybe they may consider you if you don't bring that poisonous mind .

Except, if we are the ones who are training to go in and HUNT THE SHOOTER DOWN, Why did they let a half twit female, who can’t do a proper push up, let alone manipulate a weapon, be on the team? Guess it’s true you have to suck the right D*CK to get around this department.... she’s been a cop for what? Barely 30 days? You think she is going to go in an active shooter scenario! I’m totally all for the department training and having our officers HUNT THE SHOOTER DOWN, but let’s be honest, you are going to tell me that that half twit, plastic wanna be cop is tactical in any way? Please! That ***** can’t even do a proper push up let alone manipulate her weapon. She is the joke of the department now more than ever. Just cuz she sucked all those d*cks doesn’t mean she deserves to be on that team. Other officers that were there, were more than qualified and got DQ’d over something dumb but we, in the department all know that FAKE hoe will never make a move when the shit hits the fan during an active shooter.

Well, it is true women entering police work is an insanity in general. It assumes she will get 100 percent compliance. However, its really a liability for the male officer who is 5 to 10 times stronger as we are built with more muscle. So when a male needs a 15 and a tiny woman shows up, its like a little boy showing up with a gun and now possibly losing his gun to the assailant. No matter how you slice it, police work, military is a man's job. Now thats a fact, but because America is equal employment, women now have the right to get their asses kicked by assailants,
Womem have the right to join the military and get decimated in a hand to hand combat. Yes there are women that will say " I'm a tough ghetto women I know how to fight. " no mam, you can fight another woman, but when you face an insane male, you will get hurt. Even the biggest bad ass male will earn his keep.
But hey, I am not against equal opportunity, but if women claim they are strong and independent, don't complain when you get hurt. And yes many of those tiny women never had a school and were protected by sending them to AD so they can sit there and then send emails to the seasoned officer with useless info. Sorry but I'm old school. But in all fairness to the little women,
They at least should be given a shot to earn a living even though we know they'll wait for you to arrive first when sent to a 3 32. I've seen that all too many times.

Everyone knows it doesn’t take much to be the commander of that area. Just have daddy donate a few things, kiss the chief’s azz, promise to do whatever your major tells you to do and you will be ok. He’s the laughing stock of the department and the reason no one respects or takes the command staff seriously.
