I see him all the time at home on duty hours and sometimes driving around in Santa Rosa in his unmarked doing personal errands.

I think you’re all right. He’s made no changes to end the reign of corruption or at least some of the names we see on here would be gone or demoted by now. He can’t claim he’s under Morgan’s thumb still so what’s he waiting on?

So many of you spoke of Chip as the second coming. Mostly, I think there was a glint of light since a certain non qualified no experience dictator was on the way out. Chip made some promises. Yeah, chip has been around the block. Hes been in the field. Dont forget that he's spent more time as a bureaucrat and politician since then. Did you really think he would cut the dead wood? Are you all that naive? Wow! He's been in bed with them right here since he came in 2017. No bonds with his minions over the course of years? Remember, everyone knew that he was gonna be the next sheriff. Everyone knew he would sweep the election. Hey, he had the "it" factor. He saw what was going on here and made zero effort to curb it. Oh, he may have lost morgans support or may have even gotten thrown out. Well, he still would have been elected and he could have stood tall on an effort to fix the wrongs and not collude with them for his own benefit. He didn't do that! He, as number 2 allowed it to continue and snowball and stood by. Whatever he used to be, he is a politician now. Period! And you are surprised that he is covering for the club? Again, yall are naive! Wake up. No one is going anywhere. There will not be some righteous investigation or righting of the wrongs. What you see is what it will be.
