Perfect example. Gilmore. This guy will do whatever not to be exposed as incompetent. He gets to work at 6 and gone before everybody gets back from lunch. He will screw over his very best friend to keep his spot at the big table. ECSO is vile and toxic because of a few people. Guys like Gilmore made it easy because they would never stand up against Haines. Very pathetic leadership and the truth is they didn’t lead or our violent crimes would be down.
