people wanting to ask where Captain E was during the storm?? How about Chris Watson and Wayne Enterkin. Those two useless admin people were no where to be found. Watson only always in it for himself and Enterkin is the biggest gossip newspaper there is.
Both hide behind their admin wall while trying to bury people every chance they get. Talking about power hungry! Watson want to be Assistant Chief when Mccurdy leaves.

Watson and Enterkin are not over patrol. They are purely admin and do admin jobs. Capt. E, which is such an unprofessional name, is over patrol and was a no show. Don't try and deflect from his failures. He was tested and failed horribly.
