Who should be promoted?
Reportedly there are many promotions coming directly after the November 3rd election. Who deserves to be promoted to Sergeant (I know it comes from a list BUT we know how that goes), Lieutenant, Captain, and above? Are any civilians deserving of promotion?
Should some dead weight or disloyal be DEMOTED?
