He won’t be here for long, neither will these administrators. The joke is actually on them as sworn will be here long after they are gone.

I’ve been here 12 years seen a lot but I’ve lost track of how many directors we’ve had. For a while there I think we got a new director every 6 months

When we worked 7am to 2pm we didn't interact with the "outliers" did we? We didn't because the problem locations didn't even open until we had been home or on some stupid 208 for 6 hours. See the issue? Meanwhile back at the ranch, the staff is being asked why. Guess what? There wasn't an acceptable answer. So the issue now is do we continue being relevant and responsible or do we revert to the old ways? With major budget issues on the horizon and a need to show value to all, we have to change what we do and even how we do it. Look, this job isn't for everyone. You have no expectation to stay here. I would like to see half the personnel we currently have, pay those remaining well and focus our efforts into something that benefits our licensee and the citizens of this great state. Don't see it that way? Look a little further down the road. Your view will change.
Do your best to be the best person you can be. Everyone wins.
Nothing stupid about 208 it pays.

He’s chased out 3 captains, soon to be 4. The majority of the tallahassee staff. Eventually he’ll be bounced but we’ll be stuck picking up the pieces.

Our deputy director is a law clerk / attorney who has No experience managing people. Prior to being DD he was an admin case unit attorney finding every way to solve a case without going to a hearing.

Well that’s our leadership. But look at our chief, it’s clear you need zero leadership or management experience to be in charge here

The director declined to allow us to aid in these investigations during the super bowl. Given the scandal with the former secretary one can only wonder why. Our reputation with our federal partners will never be restored. They have reduced us to things like driving around looking for vape shops. Oh well at least my DAS was easy.

We’ve been saying this for years! There is no incentive to be proactive here so ignore their contradictory propaganda here. We have so many vacancies and our reputation with other agencies is so poor now that you couldn't be proactive anyway. Do what you need to get by and nothing more. That is the only way that you will find Zen amongst the chaos and this sh*t show that Jeronimo has caused.

The industry is in full control of ABT and the administration. The agency has lost its way. A LT said it best recently its what you would expect if the arsonists were in control of state fire marshal or the kiddy predators were in control of FDLE. That’s what it’s like here right now.
