If the leadership was so great they would have given us direction. Jerome himself said he has no clue what we should be doing so there having a conference call to figure it out on Monday.

We were told the only thing we can do is surveys and complaints that are vetted through tallahassee. So exactly how are you supposed to just work all weekend and find things to do when they don’t want us doing anything
