Just saw a news story regarding the citizens review board. Have them on the hiring board and a complaint tracking system.

Feel like that's a slippery slope to go down. I don't think people understand or grasp how many complaints are filed against officers just because people are pissed off at the officer for doing their job. Just watch any show that follows cop. First thing out of someones mouth after a ticket or arrest or when something doesn't go in their favor is well name and badge number i'm filing a complaint.
