    It worked folks ! You heard it here on Miami PD LEO Affairs. Commander Papier, driving while impaired will only receive a small reprimand for leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report immediately a city accident Like I said family and friends will always cover up for each other, especially when your the wife or mistress of a deputy chief. They are untouchable!!!. Colina and the past three Chiefs have created this monster. They have allowed this and several other acts of
    Corruption to continue without any consequences.

    Chief Acevedo has been notified and given the approval of the internal affairs findings.

    As an investigator, I could have told you all of this in less than 3 hours.
