The Attorney General in Louisville Kentucky finally released his ruling that the shooting of Brionna Taylor was justified as it was self defense. Her boyfriend fired on and struck the only member to make entry before officers returned fire and killed Taylor. Furthermore, the investigation revealed the officers DID ANNOUNCE their presence before breaching the door, contrary to what the fake media and BLM "activists" claimed. And you took the bait. You had to come out and show your true colors as a liberal SOB who stated PCSO doesn't do "no Knock" warrants as it has to be approved by a judge. No shiz Bob. Way to pander to the mob who was WRONG and demoralize your deputies. Now it's body cameras and no more dynamic entries by SWAT or any member of PCSO. If you knew what the hell you were talking about, you would know when executed with a well trained team or members, dynamic entries are very safe. It's based on speed, surprise, and dominance of the structure and occupants by using well established tactics. There is a place for slow and methodical clearing, warrant speed entries (dynamic) and hostage rescue. Stop pandering to the liberals and minorities and apologize to your deputies for failing to lead the way. You are clearly showing you are a politician and a follower, not a leader.

The Louisville incident was not a no-knock search warrant. The cops clearly announced themselves as witnessed by a neighbor.

That's exactly the point. Why did Bob feel the need to tell the world we don't do no knock warrants? It would take an act of congress to get a judge to sign one. Bob came out with it because he's pandering to the BLM movement whose panties are in a wad over the entry at Taylor's house. The only person who said the cops didn't announce themselves was Taylor's boyfriend so he could justify shooting at the cops. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN as the investigation clearly shows announcement was given before entry yet Bob and the rest of the spineless LE administrators across this country immediately felt they needed to make no-knock warrant entries illegal and thus have been removed from all consideration. As a matter of fact, Bob's taken it a step further and has now neutered SWAT and the rest of the agency from doing dynamic entries without express approval of a commander, which translated means him. There's not one Captain or above who's willing to make that call without Bob's oversight. No that's a fact!!!
