Andy failed miserably and you’re not addressing it, Chip. Employees were put in danger for no reason. Maybe it’s time to rethink who the next Sheriff will be. I’m sure all of the Admin ate good in the air conditioned EOC, pathetic leadership.

While Andy and the eoc crew ate fresh hot seafood we were left to fend for ourselves. Went to eat breakfast and was yelled at.... seriously yelled at....for trying to eat 'their eggs'. Ridiculous

What would you expect from Hobbs really. His biggest concern is his next meal. With his pay he’s rolling with the big dogs now.

So the sheriff should pay someone 100k to be funny while the rest making 50k are putting their lives on the line? O.K.

Hey. AH did his time on the road. FTO, and the like. He found an opportunity and jumped on it. I cant fault the man for that. Im not exactly a fan of his, but he did nothing more than take an opportunity that appeared before him. Like none of you would take that if offered!

You’re joking, right? He’s responsible for the Sheriffs response to disasters and he failed. He didn’t do his time anywhere. Now he’s grooming Lt Challenge Coin to follow in his footsteps and continue the pattern of doing nothing.

The sheriff himself is responsible for all goings on with respect to the S.O. if he has no problem with how AH ran things, then that's that. If he did have issues, he may have spoken to him, or corrected him. Thats between those two. If we have issues with the storm response, there is nothing stopping us from approaching AH and saying so. Maybe even start at JH and respect the chain of command. As we all know, hurricanes and such events are uncomfortable and quite inconvenient. If you have ideas on how to do it better, stop griping on here and sound off where your ideas could do the most good in the future.

He did very little time on the road as a deputy and none as a supervisor. So much for Little Eric’s rule. Only applies to those he wants it to apply to.

Really? Maybe if those with experience Were consulted or in charge we would have a good response. Funny you think you could go to any of them and tell them their response sucked and how they could go better. Good way to get an insubordination charge or just laughed about and ridiculed over their lunches. They think they’re better than everyone else. If they really wanted to do a good job they would have not waited til the storm was hitting to decide to do something. Idiots. JH? That clown? He’s unprofessional on the radio so let’s not even go there. Clowns working for clowns in homeland security. The sheriff wouldn’t know that Hobbs screwed up because thelbert doesn’t have any idea hisself. Maybe they should have eaten some crow and asked mcnesby. The citizens deserve better thelbert. Good riddance.
